We strive to make individuals, organisations and communities more resilient through research, assessment and reports.
Resilience can be seen as an everyday process. Each stage can occur at a different time. Individuals perceive the situation, adjust to it in a variety of ways, assess options objectively, choose an action depending on the assessment and apply coping mechanisms. The process of recovery can then take place.

Adult Resilience Scale Feedback and Coaching
Resilience Retreats
The retreats will provide an interactive, on site, in person and shared two way program. They will consist of two phases, Assessment and Consolidation,
which includes::

A Learning Contract to ensure that individual needs of each of the participants are covered.

Personal assessment of resilience using the Adult Resilience Scale (ARS)

Individual debrief of resilience assessment

Written Resilience Report from a Registered Psychologist covering the five Resilience Dimensions: Threat Perception, Decision Making, Adjustment, Coping and Recovery

Increased awareness of what is meant by resilience and the various models of resilience

An understanding of setbacks experienced and how to learn from them

Methods for improving individual resilience and development of strategies that can be used to build individual resilience

Denis Flores has extensive experience as an Organisational Psychologist, with a warrant to practice from the Malta Psychology Profession Board (137).
